During weight loss, you must adhere to the following rules:

  • Eat 3 times a day (at the same time). Eat fresh fruits and vegetables as a snack, but no earlier than 2 hours after eating.
  • The last meal should not be later than 3 hours before bedtime.
  • Drink at least 2 liters of clean water every day (including unsweetened tea and coffee).
  • Do not swap lunch and dinner menus.
